Athènaïs de Béru69,00 €C’est la cuvée emblématique du Château de Béru. Elle est issue d’une vigne située à 300 m d’altitude, plantée autour du château sur un affleurement de roche-mère de calcaire Kimmeridgien pur et entourée d’un mur clos plusieurs fois centenaire. Il faut bien un long élevage de 18 mois en demi-muids, puis d’un an en foudre et 6 mois en bouteille pour dompter un peu l’intensité folle de ce vin puissant, minéral et complexe.
