Morey-St-Denis 1er Cru “Les Millandes” 2023

A full-bodied, straightforward wine with aromas of black fruit and a hint of spice. It combines power and refinement.

The vineyard faces east-southeast at an altitude of 260 meters. It is planted on thin clay-loam-sand soils. The soil contains round rocks resembling pebbles, known locally as “wolf heads.”

Les Millandes is located on the north side of Morey, below Clos de la Roche, just at the entrance to the village, between “La Riotte” and “Les Faconnières.”
