A few years ago, Jean-Paul Pando left the restaurant business to devote himself entirely to winemaking. After training in Provence, Margaux, and then Meursault, he settled in 2022 in Island, a small village on the outskirts of Vézelay and the Morvan, to establish Domaine La Mutine.
