Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023

Here we have a little nugget we’d like to drink more often. This Chardonnay also comes from a vineyard located in Saint-Bris in Yonne, northern Burgundy. Again vinified without any inputs, this wine reads like an open book. It’s obvious. Citrus, substance, length, freshness, aromatic intensity, this energetic Chardonnay is capable of getting everyone to agree at an aperitif, while standing up to a salt-crusted sea bass. You won’t come across “little Burgundies” like this very often.
