This Volnay is a blend of two plots located on the higher elevations of the town. Manual labor was performed by the Horées team on a contract basis, and plowing was done by horse. The grapes from both terroirs were vinified together, with 50% whole-cluster fermentation, and aged for 15 months in barrels. Bottled in December 2025. A wine with aging potential.
