Coteaux Bourguignons “Au plus prés” 2025

50% Gamay and 50% Pinot Noir this year. The two grape varieties were vinified separately. The Gamay was vinified using 100% whole clusters and without sulfur. The Pinot Noir grapes come from the Mâconnais region and were vinified without the stems. The two grape varieties were aged separately for twelve months in barrels and stainless steel tanks, and they were blended one month before bottling in October 2025. This cuvée is ready to drink.
