Bourgogne “Les Jus” 2023

A blend of three vineyard sites: Sur les Roches, La Chanterie, and Clos Du. Macerated for 8 days with whole clusters, pressed before the end of sugar extraction, followed by another 4–5 days of fermentation in the must; aged in stainless steel tanks; to be released in July 2025.
