Julien Altaber presents his two white and red Burgundy wines from 2021, to be tasted on the fruit, but also a superb 2020 “En Chapon” soothed which has gained in complexity. As for the more “exotic” cuvées: Po à Po (maceration of Aligoté) and Ma Ma Mia 2021 (Pinot Gris) are back. But the two great bottles not to be missed are called Intuition. From the 2018 vintage, these two vintages (Aligoté and Chardonnay) benefited from a 42-month aging process. Complex, long and full of energy wines. A real masterstroke from the “pupil” Altaber!
