Chablis Montserre 2022

The highest point on the hill of Béru, Montserre is, as its name suggests, a summit of “Serres”, a particular geological formation, a superposition of highly angular fossilized limestone slabs. This unique terroir produces wines with a strong personality characterized by their chewiness, concentrated body and smoky, iodized mineral notes.
