“From the lieu-dit Le Pavé on the eastern slopes of Mount Brouilly. The vineyard is planted on volcanic bluestone, giving the wine a very terroir-driven identity. Resulting this cuvée is overall more rustic, balancing ripeness with freshness. After nearly two weeks of maceration, the wine was aged used Burgundy barriques.”
