60% whole-cluster harvest. Vinification for 19 days in tanks. Two gentle punch-downs. Aged in barrels that have seen 2 to 4 vintages. Bottled in May. No added sulfites (or other additives) from harvest to bottling. Followed by several months of aging in the bottle. The whole-cluster process is executed with precision, allowing the juice to develop an intoxicating energy. Superb.
