Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2023
Mandelot€30.0060% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an incredible energy. Superb.

Clair Obscur€32.00BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE "Puits de Chaux", parcel located on the plateau in the commune of Volnay, where the lime needed to build stone walls was extracted. The limestone is very white, combined with red clay, producing very fine, delicate Pinot Noirs.

Mang Pierre€34.00100% Chardonnay. Vineyard located near the Col de Beaufer (300m altitude), west of Tournus. Poor, stony soil. Aged for 18 months. More incisive than the 2023, very salty, a wine that really impressed us during the tasting.
