There are estates that no longer have anything to prove. And yet they continue to impress with their consistency, their discreet smoothness, and their unique way of expressing Pinot Noir with tact, depth, and light. The Mugneret-Gibourg estate is one such domain. It is a story of women, of passing on knowledge, of attention to every detail, from the vine rows to the final touches in the cellar. These are wines that evolve without ever forcing the issue, with an almost natural elegance.

The 2023 vintage has just arrived. It was a brilliant year in Burgundy, offering substance, full fruitiness, and controlled freshness. At Mugneret-Gibourg, this results in wines of incredible precision: fine texture, powdery tannins, bright red fruit, and a darker depth in the background. These are wines that can be enjoyed young but, better than many, will improve with age.

As is often the case, quantities are very limited. No grand speeches, no flashy promotion. Just rare, sought-after bottles to be opened for special occasions, the ones that matter.

Burgundy does not often offer such calm and assured elegance.

As quantities are minimal and requests very high, we have limited the number of cuvées to a maximum of1 per customer and per estate. Thank you for your understanding.
