Ganevat Fanfan
Fanfan Ganevat: Pure Intensity
Free-spirited, vibrant, and deeply expressive wines, crafted by one of the Jura’s greatest winemakers.
We are thrilled—and very proud—to introduce you for the first time to the wines of the Rotalier legend: Fanfan Ganevat.
To give you a bit of background, we’ve been asking him (without ever pressuring him) for a few bottles for two years now. It’s also been two years since we’ve had the chance to visit him, spend time in his cellar… and, above all, lose ourselves in timeless tastings. Moments suspended in time, between wines of absolutely formidable precision and the tales of a storyteller as generous as he is passionate.
Because Fanfan is not just a great winemaker. He is a personality. A universe. A vision of wine taken to a level of detail and exacting standards that is rare, where each cuvée becomes a story in its own right.
For this first collaboration, we are offering three wines from his bespoke wine selection. These three wines are very different in character, yet they all share that unique energy that defines the Ganevat signature.
There is the obvious appeal and immediate pleasure of Poulprix, the vibrant, mouth-watering energy of L’Apéro, and finally the deep intensity and complexity of the Savagnin "La Prairie du Haut" 2021.
In a few months, we will also have the pleasure of offering you certain vintages from the estate. But for now, the volumes are simply too small to go any further; the few bottles entrusted to us are precious, almost confidential.
In any case, these three wines have left a deep impression on us. And they say a lot about their creator: intense, free, complex, and deeply vibrant wines.

Pet Nat "L'apéro" 2023
Ganevat Fanfan€23.00A blend of Aligoté and Savagnin. Lively, vibrant bubbles, bursting with energy. Freshness, minerality, and crisp fruit: a wine that’s pure pleasure, yet with the depth and precision that prevent it from being overly simple.
-
Poulprix 2024
Ganevat Fanfan€29.00A blend of Gamay, Poulsard, and Savagnin. A wine of disarming simplicity, focused on pure fruit and indulgence. A free-spirited, juicy, and approachable wine, yet always characterized by the precision and energy typical of Ganevat.

Savagnin "La Prairie du Haut" 2021
Ganevat Fanfan€45.00A great Savagnin, intense and deeply expressive. It offers tension, length, and a complexity that unfolds slowly… a wine that needs time to develop but already impresses with its depth. Aged for 3 years in demi-muids plus 1 year in bottle.
