A mid-slope terroir, very stony, which brings tension and verticality to a Pommard that is more subtle than expected. Precise on the palate, with serious but polished tannins, notes of morello cherry and fine spices.

The only premier cru surrounded by grands crus, this wine with aromas of morello cherries is powerful and refined.

The vineyard, which enjoys excellent exposure (east-southeast), always produces well-ripened grapes. Located at an altitude of 260 meters, it rests on limestone soils formed from the weathering of gravelly colluvial deposits on the hillside.

Les Combottes is located on the border between Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-Saint-Denis, between the grands crus Latricières-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin, and Clos de la Roche.

One of the estate's oldest parcels, preserved through mass selection. From cultivation to vinification, each operation is tailored to the vintage in order to highlight the typical characteristics of this terroir. The wine is aged in oak barrels, a third of which are new.

A Volnay of great purity, combining floral elegance (violet, rose) with beautiful mineral intensity and a rare finesse on the palate.

Made from old vines, this wine displays dark fruit flavors (plum, blackberry) combined with a distinct freshness and polished texture, promising a beautiful balance between maturity and tension.

Cuvée from the Les Boutières plot, very close to Savigny-Les-Beaune. This is a plot of 50-year-old vines which enjoys excellent southern exposure and is located 300 meters above sea level. The soil is clay over limestone.

The juice macerated on the skins for 30 long days. It was then aged in older oak barrels that had seen several wines over the years as well as in vats to preserve its freshness. The result is a fresh, elegant wine of great complexity.

Cuvée from a recently acquired vineyard near Chorey-les-Beaune. Long maceration which gives a beautiful depth to the wine. But then aging in vats to preserve all the freshness and aromatic complexity.

Deep terroir with more clay, offering a more structured and full-bodied Volnay. Ripe fruit, generous on the palate, enveloping tannins, but still with the elegance typical of Volnay.

The Pommard 1er Cru Les Epenots 2023 reveals the nobility of this legendary climate: a deep, gravelly-clay terroir that always produces structured yet incredibly refined wines. The 2023 offers dense flesh, vibrant black fruit, and an almost saline finish that is the hallmark of great Pommards. The aging potential is enormous: this is clearly a wine that will develop over twenty years without batting an eyelid.

 On this parcel, which is around 55 years old, the grapes ripen quickly, producing a generous Meursault with plenty of tension.
