Shipments are made every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure a reception within a week. Orders made on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched the following Monday to avoid too long delays due to the weekend. Your parcels are entrusted:

• - Coliposte service for orders up to 18 bottles of 75 cl for delivery within 3 to 6 days depending on region.
• - Logivin service for orders over 18 bottles of 75 cl for delivery within 3 to 6 days depending on region.

Packaging

We take extreme care in sending your parcels and use either Europackwine packaging for Coliposte packages, thermoformed polystyrene packaging specially designed to ensure optimum physical and thermal protection when transporting your bottles, or in export cartons for Logivin package. Packages are insured at the purchase value. The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
