Pinot Noir "Dévers" 2022
La Patelle - Pascal Théreau€25.00A Pinot Noir full of finesse and delicacy, with an immediate sense of naturalness that makes it a delight to taste. The fruit remains pure and crisp, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a lovely minerality. What stands out most is the texture: silky, smooth, and almost ethereal.
-
Trousseau "Bout d'vin" 2023
La Patelle - Pascal Théreau€25.00The kind of red that disappears far too quickly once the bottle is opened. This Trousseau has everything we love about the grape: vibrant fruit, great finesse, and an almost dangerous drinkability. Notes of red berries, spices, and damp stone flow together with remarkable fluidity. The palate is light without being thin, supported by a delicate texture and superb freshness. A lively, indulgent, and particularly addictive wine.
-
L'Etoile Montbourgeau 2023
Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€25.00A wonderful introduction to the estate’s world. This ouillé Chardonnay immediately captivates with its balance of vibrancy and richness. The nose blends ripe citrus, white flowers, and a slightly chalky note typical of the great terroirs of L’Étoile. On the palate, the wine has a delicate yet taut texture, with great fluidity and a particularly addictive, briny finish. A luminous, precise, and incredibly easy-drinking Jura white.
-
Chardonnay "Le Kiosque" 2022
La Patelle - Pascal Théreau€27.00A Chardonnay that immediately captivates with its naturalness and straightforwardness. "Le Kiosque" emphasizes freshness and drinkability without ever feeling simplistic. The nose offers notes of citrus, fresh pear, and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine has a lovely texture—both lively and full-bodied—with plenty of energy and a very pleasant, briny finish.
-
Savagnin "Bodillon" 2023
La Patelle - Pascal Théreau€27.00A Savagnin with top-up water that is full of depth and freshness, perfectly expressing the estate’s style: precise, lively, and unpretentious. The wine develops lovely notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and sweet spices, with a distinctly Jura-like tension that keeps the tasting experience dynamic throughout. The body remains supple and fluid, with just the right amount of texture to provide depth without weighing the wine down. An energetic and very charming cuvée.
-
L'Etoile Special Reserve (4 years aged under a veil) 2020
Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€33.00100% Chardonnay, aged for four years under a veil of yeast, and possessing an absolutely superb character. This cuvée has more body and density than the 2022 Savagnin, with a full-bodied, enveloping texture. Yet despite this richness, the wine remains perfectly balanced by a remarkable tension. Notes of dried fruit, salted butter, nuts, and spices intertwine with great precision. A bottle for contemplation as much as an exceptional wine for fine dining.
-
Savagnin "Les Budes" 36 mois 2022
Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€35.00The kind of Savagnin that instantly makes you appreciate long aging. Aged for 36 months, “Les Budes” impresses more with its finesse than with its power. The wine develops notes of candied lemon, mild spices, fresh walnuts, and warm stone while retaining tremendous tension. The palate is deep and vibrant, with magnificent complexity and a finish that lingers for a long time without ever becoming heavy. A truly great wine for fine dining.
-
Savagnin Sous Voile 2022
Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€35.00100% Chardonnay, aged for four years under a veil of yeast, and possessing an absolutely superb character.
-
Poulsard "Tonitruant" 2023
Jacquin Thomas€39.00A magnificent wine, from the same terroir as its Savagnins, with that very distinctive mineral and spicy character. A true burst of fruit—delicate yet deep—with body, structure, and, above all, plenty of energy. A Poulsard meant for the table, not just a novelty wine.
