Aging: In a 19th-century cellar. 12 months in barrels (33% new) with malolactic fermentation, then 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar.

From clay-limestone soils in the south of the Côte Chalonnaise, vinified without additives and aged for 18 months in 500L barrels.

A sunnier profile: exotic fruits, toasted hazelnuts, delicious freshness.

Long aging allows this wine to age very well. Minerality is always present despite the grapes always being harvested at full ripeness.
