A. et P. De Villaine
The Côte Chalonnaise, the secret garden of Aubert de Villaine
When we think of Aubert de Villaine, we can't help but think of the prestigious Romanée-Conti estate, of which he is one of the two co-managers. The famous winemaker invested in 1971 with his wife, Paméla, in a small estate in Bouzeron, the first village on the Côte Chalonnaise south of Beaune, located between Santenay, Rully and Mercurey, which has now become the flagship of the appellation.

Arnaud Lopez
Athènaïs de Béru
Chablis, differently
In the north of Burgundy, in the heart of a famous appellation but often unknown to true wine lovers, Athénaïs de Béru is a rebel. It must be said that working biodynamically, with small yields, seeking maturity and expression of the terroir, is not common in Chablis.

Chenu louis & filles
"Louis Chenu Père & Filles is a family winery in Savigny-les-Beaune, Burgundy. We have been working the vine and producing wine for five generations now. This wine is part of the family and is very dear to us. The first parcels of vineyard were bought by Louis Chenu in 1914 and are today worked by his great grandson Louis Chenu with the help of his wife and daughters. We are constantly aware of the importance of respecting the vineyard, the quality of the wine and providing a warm welcome for customers who visit our cellars. Juliette and Caroline have been working as a team for a number of years to strengthen and build on the quality of the wines."
