Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2023
Mandelot€30.0060% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an intoxicating energy. Superb.

Piemonte Dolcetto 2023
Recchione Jérémy€32.00Terroir in the foothills of the Capriato d'Orba commune. Clay-limestone terroir at an altitude of 220 meters. The Dolcetto grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 48 hours on skins. This is followed by slow pressing to extract the noblest material. Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and half in Burgundy barrels made by cooper Chassin for 9 months. A ruby-colored wine with notes of red fruit, elegant and fine.

Maison En Belles Lies€32.00Nose of black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant, sloe), fresh, clean mouth, brilliant color, precise finish. Fifteen months' ageing in oak barrels have softened the tannins and produced a pleasant suavity.
