    Hautes Cotes Nature 2023

    Dandelion
    €55.00

Domaine Dandelion's great and beautiful cuvée, the one that has obviously made their reputation. It's a pure Pinot Noir made in the true Burgundian tradition, with beautiful grapes harvested when ripe, vinified in whole bunches and macerated for around twenty days. The grapes were then delicately foot-pressed before going to the press. Finally, the wine was aged in old, multi-wine barrels to avoid any marking of the wood. No sulfur was used, of course. Quite simply, a great wine, but one that needs a few more months of rest before it can be uncorked, according to Christian. So please wait patiently for the wine to rest and take flight ;)

    Lucky Star - Mercurey 2024

    Noé - Jonathan Purcell
    €59.00

John's latest creation and our favorite from the 2024 vintage. A 100% whole-cluster Pinot Noir that is both juicy and deep, resulting from dynamic vinification. A wine bursting with energy. One of the finest Mercurey wines we have tasted in a very long time.

  • Volnay 2022

    Roblet Monnot Pascal
    €59.00

A pure Volnay, produced from light, chalky soils that yield a delicate, airy red wine full of finesse. Silky texture, crisp red berries, fresh and elegant finish.

  • Gevrey-Chambertin 2023

    Boillot Lucien
    €59.00

This Gevrey-Chambertin village is produced on 12 parcels, a veritable mosaic of the village's soils (limestone, clay, alluvium, etc.).

With its classic style, this wine has a discreet nose of pretty black fruit (blackberries, blackcurrants) and, from the first taste, shows its true muscular, structured personality.

    €63.00

Antoine's signature wine. A vineyard that holds a special place in his heart. 87-year-old vines on the lower slopes of Pommard. A juice of incredible energy. Length, finish, grain, mouthfeel. It's all there.

  • Savigny Lès Beaune rouge Aux Fourneaux 2021 SSA

    Chandon de Briailles
    €63.00

Les terres sont argileuses et profondes bien que l'on trouve plus de calcaire dans la partie haute de la parcelle. Cette vigne se situe dans la première partie du côteau et est exposée à l'Est.

  • Pommard "Chanlins" 2022

    Roblet Monnot Pascal
    €65.00

A mid-slope terroir, very stony, which brings tension and verticality to a Pommard that is more subtle than expected. Precise on the palate, with serious but polished tannins, notes of morello cherry and fine spices.

  • Mercurey rouge 2024

    Boyer Renaud
    €65.00

In 2024, production was very low. As a result, we must limit purchases of Renaud Boyer red wines to one bottle per person. This applies to all four red wines (Riaux, Saint Romain, Mercurey, and Beaune).
