Gevrey-Chambertin 2023
Boillot Lucien€59.00This Gevrey-Chambertin village is produced on 12 parcels, a veritable mosaic of the village's soils (limestone, clay, alluvium, etc.).
With its classic style, this wine has a discreet nose of pretty black fruit (blackberries, blackcurrants) and, from the first taste, shows its true muscular, structured personality.

Pommard "Chanlins" 2022
Roblet Monnot Pascal€65.00A mid-slope terroir, very stony, which brings tension and verticality to a Pommard that is more subtle than expected. Precise on the palate, with serious but polished tannins, notes of morello cherry and fine spices.

Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023
Jobard Antoine€69.00The Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023 comes from a superb hillside, perched at the gates of Pommard, which brings the typical airy finesse of the climate. The wine is juicy and bright, with a floral structure and a precision of texture that make it immediately appealing. Beneath its immediate charm, however, it hides real aging potential, capable of developing tension and depth over a good decade.

Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Les Combottes" 2023
Amiot Pierre€89.00The only premier cru surrounded by grands crus, this wine with aromas of morello cherries is powerful and refined.
The vineyard, which enjoys excellent exposure (east-southeast), always produces well-ripened grapes. Located at an altitude of 260 meters, it rests on limestone soils formed from the weathering of gravelly colluvial deposits on the hillside.
Les Combottes is located on the border between Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-Saint-Denis, between the grands crus Latricières-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin, and Clos de la Roche.
One of the estate's oldest parcels, preserved through mass selection. From cultivation to vinification, each operation is tailored to the vintage in order to highlight the typical characteristics of this terroir. The wine is aged in oak barrels, a third of which are new.
