Sang de Terre 2024
Clos Bateau€24.00"Since we decided in 2022 to dig 2 Georgian Qvevri’s in our garden, we knew we had to do something special with it. After our experiments with different grapes and periods of maceration it was clear for us. We love the grape Pinot Noir and decide to do very long macerations with it and since vintage ’22 our cuvée Sang de Terre was born. After 10 months maceration we decided it was ready to press. With a small bucket we must take out all the grapes and we press it with our wooden press. After pressing the wine takes a nap of 1,5 month in barrel and it was time to bottle!" Production of just 760 bottles

A lively, indulgent, and particularly addictive wine.

L'Etoile Montbourgeau 2023
Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€25.00A wonderful introduction to the estate’s world. This ouillé Chardonnay immediately captivates with its balance of vibrancy and richness. The nose blends ripe citrus, white flowers, and a slightly chalky note typical of the great terroirs of L’Étoile. On the palate, the wine has a delicate yet taut texture, with great fluidity and a particularly addictive, briny finish. A luminous, precise, and incredibly easy-drinking Jura white.

CERES Pinot Noir 2024
Guyot Raphaëlle€25.00Burgundy appellation for this new Pinot cuvée, which was vinified from destemmed grapes for around ten days with very little extraction. Aged for 10 months in barrels. A Pinot full of finesse and delicacy, typical of the 2024 vintage.

Guyot Raphaëlle€25.00The grapes for this unique cuvée come from a blend of the Hâtes and Robinettes plots. Harvest date: September 27, 2024. Destemming. Maceration with little extraction for 10 days. Aged for 10 months in barrels that have been used for several wines. Bottled on July 3, 2025. Total S02: 27mg/l

Maison En Belles Lies€25.00Maceration of whole bunches gives this wine very special characteristics. Beautifully aromatic, fresh and pure on the palate, light bitterness, fine acidity on the finish.
Selected plots of Aligoté vines planted at Les Genouvrées in Saint Aubin. Altitude 350 m, east-facing. Low biodynamic vineyard. Vinification and ageing in earthenware jars for seven months, whole harvest, no chaptalization, no added sulfur, indigenous yeasts. Light pressing in a vertical press in March, returned to the jar for one month and bottled by us without added sulfur, fining or filtration.

No grapes from Burgundy, but Chardonnay from the Beaujolais, pressed directly, vinified and aged in used Burgundy barriques. An unexpected encounter between regions, resulting in a rare and singular cuvée."
