This elegant wine can be enjoyed young. It is said to be feminine for its finesse and freshness, but also for its soft construction and velvety texture. Although it's tempting to drink it in its 3rd or 4th year, it's best kept for 8 to 15 years.

Les terres sont profondes et composées à parts égales de calcaire et d'argile, ce qui donne au vin un bel équilibre et une grande longueur en bouche. C'est un terroir très représentatif de l'appellation CORTON.
