L'Etoile Montbourgeau 2023
Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€25.00A wonderful introduction to the estate’s world. This ouillé Chardonnay immediately captivates with its balance of vibrancy and richness. The nose blends ripe citrus, white flowers, and a slightly chalky note typical of the great terroirs of L’Étoile. On the palate, the wine has a delicate yet taut texture, with great fluidity and a particularly addictive, briny finish. A luminous, precise, and incredibly easy-drinking Jura white.

Piemonte Dolcetto 2023
Recchione Jérémy€25.00Terroir in the foothills of the Capriato d'Orba commune. Clay-limestone terroir at an altitude of 220 meters. The Dolcetto grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 48 hours on skins. This is followed by slow pressing to extract the noblest material. Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and half in Burgundy barrels made by cooper Chassin for 9 months. A ruby-colored wine with notes of red fruit, elegant and fine.
