Chardonnay "Le Kiosque" 2022
La Patelle - Pascal Théreau€27.00A Chardonnay that immediately captivates with its naturalness and straightforwardness. "Le Kiosque" emphasizes freshness and drinkability without ever feeling simplistic. The nose offers notes of citrus, fresh pear, and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine has a lovely texture—both lively and full-bodied—with plenty of energy and a very pleasant, briny finish.
-
Savagnin "Bodillon" 2023
La Patelle - Pascal Théreau€27.00A Savagnin with top-up water that is full of depth and freshness, perfectly expressing the estate’s style: precise, lively, and unpretentious. The wine develops lovely notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and sweet spices, with a distinctly Jura-like tension that keeps the tasting experience dynamic throughout. The body remains supple and fluid, with just the right amount of texture to provide depth without weighing the wine down. An energetic and very charming cuvée.

Bourgogne Aligoté "Les Plumes" SSA 2023
Rougeot Marc€28.00Located in Meursault, under the Route D 974, this 45-year-old vineyard planted with the great forgotten grape variety Aligoté produces a rich, pleasurable wine for its appellation level.
-
Montagny 2024
Beauné Aline€29.00A blend of two carefully selected terroirs, half of which was aged in tanks and half in barrels, this wine is a true reflection of the Montagny appellation: citrus, white flowers, and minerality.
-
Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023
De Béru Athènaïs€29.00Here we have a little nugget we'd like to drink more often. This Chardonnay also comes from a vineyard located in Saint-Bris in Yonne, northern Burgundy. Again vinified without any inputs, this wine reads like an open book. It's obvious. Citrus, substance, length, freshness, aromatic intensity, this energetic Chardonnay is capable of getting everyone to agree at an aperitif, while standing up to a salt-crusted sea bass. You won't come across "little Burgundies" like this very often.
-
