Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€33.00100% Chardonnay, aged for four years under a veil of yeast, and possessing an absolutely superb character. This cuvée has more body and density than the 2022 Savagnin, with a full-bodied, enveloping texture. Yet despite this richness, the wine remains perfectly balanced by a remarkable tension. Notes of dried fruit, salted butter, nuts, and spices intertwine with great precision. A bottle for contemplation as much as an exceptional wine for fine dining.

Montagny "Reconnaissance" 2024
Beauné Aline€34.00The estate’s signature wine. First produced in the 2022 vintage, it comes from a vineyard located in the heart of the village, right next to his grandmother’s house, “where it all began.” It is a tribute wine, deeply rooted in family history.
The vines, which are about 35 years old, are aged entirely in a single large oak cask - an Alsatian cask selected by Aline herself, whose capacity matches the plot’s yield exactly. It is a choice that is both technical and symbolic. In the glass, the wine offers a very delicate, lemony, and mineral nose, followed by a long, energetic palate with an almost stony texture. A straightforward, sincere wine, deeply connected to its origins.

Mang Pierre€34.00100% Chardonnay. Vineyard located near the Col de Beaufer (300m altitude), west of Tournus. Aged for 18 months, then 4 months in bottle. A very aromatic, powerful wine with good length. It can be enjoyed now with food, but will reach its full potential after a period of aging.

Montbourgeau - Famille Deriaux€35.00The kind of Savagnin that instantly makes you appreciate long aging. Aged for 36 months, “Les Budes” impresses more with its finesse than with its power. The wine develops notes of candied lemon, mild spices, fresh walnuts, and warm stone while retaining tremendous tension. The palate is deep and vibrant, with magnificent complexity and a finish that lingers for a long time without ever becoming heavy. A truly great wine for fine dining.
