A rosé wine to enjoy with a meal. It has character and a very vinous side.

Parcel selection, Gamay vines planted in 1990 at Huire near Beaujeu. Altitude 400 m, southeast exposure. Gobelet vineyard on very siliceous soil, 25% slope, biodynamic viticulture. Direct pressing, cold settling without sulfur. Low-temperature vinification in stainless-steel vats, no chaptalization. At the end of fermentation, placed in barrels for six months. Racking, no fining, no filtration, bottled at the Domaine by gravity with no added sulfur.

Maceration of whole bunches gives this wine very special characteristics. Beautifully aromatic, fresh and pure on the palate, light bitterness, fine acidity on the finish.

Selected plots of Aligoté vines planted at Les Genouvrées in Saint Aubin. Altitude 350 m, east-facing. Low biodynamic vineyard. Vinification and ageing in earthenware jars for seven months, whole harvest, no chaptalization, no added sulfur, indigenous yeasts. Light pressing in a vertical press in March, returned to the jar for one month and bottled by us without added sulfur, fining or filtration.

A lively, aromatic wine with a round palate and a floral finish. Perfect as an aperitif or to start a meal.

Fresh fruit on the nose, full-bodied and frank on the palate, with a deep color and a finish of melted tannins. Fifteen months of ageing have given it a strong character.

A fine expression of Chardonnay, a delightful, indulgent wine. It pairs well with fish or white meat dishes.

This is the most southerly white in the Côte d'Or. Lots of finesse and tension. The stony soil gives it a mineral, saline character. Good length.

The red clay soil, dotted with round limestone pebbles, gives this authentic Pinot Noir its distinctive character. It is a wine full of strength and vitality that will need a few years to reach its full potential. The nose offers straightforward aromas of ripe red fruit, peony, violet, and red rose; the palate is chocolatey and spicy, with a long finish. A wine for aging.

This is the southernmost white wine from the Côte d’Or. It offers great finesse and tension. The stony soil has imparted a mineral and salty character. It has a lovely finish. A wine with aging potential.
