Piemonte Dolcetto 2023
Recchione Jérémy€32.00Terroir in the foothills of the Capriato d'Orba commune. Clay-limestone terroir at an altitude of 220 meters. The Dolcetto grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 48 hours on skins. This is followed by slow pressing to extract the noblest material. Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and half in Burgundy barrels made by cooper Chassin for 9 months. A ruby-colored wine with notes of red fruit, elegant and fine.

Mang Pierre€33.00100% Chardonnay harvested at full maturity and aged for 18 months. A dense, earthy wine with beautiful length. Can be enjoyed now with food, but will reveal its full potential after a period of aging.

Mang Pierre€34.00100% Chardonnay. Vineyard located near the Col de Beaufer (300m altitude), west of Tournus. Aged for 18 months, then 4 months in bottle. A very aromatic, powerful wine with good length. It can be enjoyed now with food, but will reach its full potential after a period of aging.
