  • Cidre 2024

    Dandelion
    €12.00

This is a competition-grade cider, designed for the table, to accompany a meal, not just a Candlemas crepe or a galette des rois. The apples are ripened and pressed on the estate, aged in wood without added sulfites, and the result is simply superb. Very gourmet, magical with desserts, with real depth and a remarkable texture (7% alcohol), making it incredibly drinkable.

  • Sui Generis 2023

    Le Bois Dieu
    €16.00

A juicy, spicy Gamay to be drunk slightly chilled. Sometimes simplicity is good.

  • Coteaux Bourguignons rosé "La Bottière" 2023

    Mandelot
    €19.00

Not a thirst-quenching rosé. A winemaker's rosé. At François Grangé, nothing is done lightly. This press rosé, made from Pinot noir grapes, is vinified with the same care as a white or a terroir-based red. The result is a wine that is straightforward, taut and precise. The freshness is natural, the fruit is fine, and the balance just right. No artifice. Just grapes, hard work and good Burgundian sense.

No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling.

Limited to 3 bottles per customer

  • Les Bienveillantes 2023

    Le Bois Dieu
    €23.00

Magnificent Gamays over 90 years old. A delicate, floral and elegant red.

  • Pet' Nat' 2025

    Dandelion
    €28.00

Made from direct pressing of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes, this is anything but a bland sparkling wine. It is energetic, fruity, truly refreshing, and has an immediately delightful quality that makes you want to take another sip. A little firecracker, in the best sense of the word, perfect for an aperitif... but not only.

24hr maceration on skins then pressing and fermentation for 1 month in vats before bottling. No sulphiting.

Limited to 1 bottle per customer

  • Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2023

    Mandelot
    €30.00

60% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an incredible energy. Superb.

Limited to 3 bottles per customer

  • Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru les Lavières 2022

    Chenu Louis & filles
    €45.00

Les Lavières takes its name from the lava in its subsoil, which is covered with very stony brown earth. Very fragrant at first, this premier cru remains so as it ages, which is typical of this appellation. It produces a tender, elegant, and pleasant wine in its youth, due to its finesse. It releases numerous aromas of red fruit and violet very early on. It remains very intense as it ages. With age, it develops a terroir flavor reminiscent of flint or smoke. It can be stored for around fifteen years without any problem.

    Le Têtu 2023

    Berrux Jean-Marie
    €45.00

The more serious version of Le Petit: same natural spirit, but with greater depth. Parcel selection, longer ageing, fuller body, more complex finish. A white with character, but without heaviness. Le Têtu has only been produced 4 times: 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2023. A rare wine!

Limited to 1 bottle per person
