Here is a winegrower from the Mâconnais that we were impatiently waiting to welcome to Mes Bourgognes. Alexandre Jouveaux brought us two magnificent Chardonnays of which he alone has the secret. Combardier and La Vigne Du Clou. These wines are incredibly complex and deep. Meditation wines without a doubt.

Cuvée O is a bit like the absolute reference of the range. This Chardonnay has a high-flying minerality. It plays on finesse and a slightly oxidative aroma that allows it to gain even more complexity. Definitely a great wine. Unfortunately, Alexandre Jouveaux wines are available in very small quantities and therefore limited so that as many people as possible can enjoy them.
