Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Haut Jarrons 2022
Chenu Louis & filles€45.00Les Hauts-Jarrons (Jarrons meaning tree branches) are located on the hillside below Mont Battois, towards Beaune. Their soil is deep and sandy, similar to that of Beaune-Bressandes. The wines are similarly closer to those of Beaune than those of Savigny. They have lovely aromas but require a few years to reach their full potential and are suitable for long aging.

Chablis Montserre 2023
De Béru Athènaïs€46.00The highest point on the hill of Béru, Montserre is, as its name suggests, a summit of "Serres", a particular geological formation, a superposition of highly angular fossilized limestone slabs. This unique terroir produces wines with a strong personality characterized by their chewiness, concentrated body and smoky, iodized mineral notes.

Persevérance et Patience 2022
La Petite Empreinte - Mélissa Bazin et Romain de Moor€49.00Perseverance and Patience 2022 is a Sauvignon Blanc like no other, crafted with precision and a great deal of time.
Sourced from two plots, one of which consists of old vines planted in 1959, the grapes are harvested at peak ripeness. Part of the harvest undergoes maceration for 8 days to add body and depth, while the other is pressed immediately to preserve freshness and tension.
The wine is then aged for 24 months in barrels before the two profiles are blended, followed by an additional 7 months in tank to refine the whole. Bottling takes place in March 2025, with no added sulfites.
On the palate, this is a structured Sauvignon Blanc, with density, beautiful energy, and subtle bitter notes that lengthen the finish. A straightforward, lively wine that clearly stands out from the norm.
