 On this parcel, which is around 55 years old, the grapes ripen quickly, producing a generous Meursault with plenty of tension.

This clay-loam terroir lends finesse, elegance, and great depth to this wine. While the color may appear simple and light, the aromas and palate are, in contrast, highly complex. The nose offers straightforward notes of ripe red fruit, peony, and red rose, while the palate is slightly spicy with a long finish. A very refined wine with excellent aging potential.

Beneath the Corton "Bressandes" and next to the Corton "Vergennes", this shallow, east-facing limestone terroir produces early ripening. This elegant wine can be enjoyed young. It is said to be feminine for its finesse and freshness, but also for its soft construction and velvety texture. Although it's tempting to drink it in its 3rd or 4th year, it's best kept for 8 to 15 years.
