Maceration of whole bunches gives this wine very special characteristics. Beautifully aromatic, fresh and pure on the palate, light bitterness, fine acidity on the finish.

Selected plots of Aligoté vines planted at Les Genouvrées in Saint Aubin. Altitude 350 m, east-facing. Low biodynamic vineyard. Vinification and ageing in earthenware jars for seven months, whole harvest, no chaptalization, no added sulfur, indigenous yeasts. Light pressing in a vertical press in March, returned to the jar for one month and bottled by us without added sulfur, fining or filtration.

A lively, aromatic wine with a round palate and a floral finish. Perfect as an aperitif or to start a meal.

The "Roue libre" cuvée is an obvious choice. An immediate, direct, jovial wine.

Nose of black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant, sloe), fresh, clean mouth, brilliant color, precise finish. Fifteen months' ageing in oak barrels have softened the tannins and produced a pleasant suavity.

Fresh fruit on the nose, full-bodied and frank on the palate, with a deep color and a finish of melted tannins. Fifteen months of ageing have given it a strong character.

Made from direct pressing of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes, this is anything but a bland sparkling wine. It is energetic, fruity, truly refreshing, and has an immediately delightful quality that makes you want to take another sip. A little firecracker, in the best sense of the word, perfect for an aperitif... but not only.

24hr maceration on skins then pressing and fermentation for 1 month in vats before bottling. No sulphiting.

Located in Meursault, under the Route D 974, this 45-year-old vineyard planted with the great forgotten grape variety Aligoté produces a rich, pleasurable wine for its appellation level.

The Aligoté Les Valendons once again impressed us with its volume and sharp structure.

60% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an incredible energy. Superb.

Terroir in Messanges (Hautes Côtes de Nuits) composed of white marl and limestone. Vines worked exclusively by hand and horse. Direct pressing, Ceramic Clayver fermentation and 228L barrel. No sulfiting. Only 300 bottles produced.
