  • Vosne Romanée 2023

    Arlaud Cyprien
    €97.00

This wine is a blend from several vineyards: "Le Pavé," "Aux Communes," and "Au-dessus de la Rivière." Almost heavenly, the Vosne-Romanée appellation—established in 1936—and its crus offer the most sublime expressions of Pinot Noir. Nicknamed "the jewel of the Côte de Nuits," this appellation combines precision and finesse.

  • Vosne Romanée "Aux Réas" 2023

    Arlaud Cyprien
    €102.00

This vineyard is located right next to the 1er cru of the same name, south of the village. This Climat deserves to be vinified separately.

  • Gevrey-Chambertin 2023 MAGNUM

    Boillot Lucien
    €125.00

This Gevrey-Chambertin village is produced on 12 parcels, a veritable mosaic of the village's soils (limestone, clay, alluvium, etc.).

With its classic style, this wine has a discreet nose of pretty black fruit (blackberries, blackcurrants) and, from the first taste, shows its true muscular, structured personality.

  • Marsannay L'Ancestrale 2022

    Pataille Sylvain
    €129.00

Sylvain Pataille's most ambitious cuvée. Old vines, whole harvest, long ageing: everything is done to produce a great wine for laying down. Concentrated, intense, almost sappy. Wait or decant for a long time.

Limited to 3 bottles per person

  • Corton Grand Cru 2023

    Maison En Belles Lies
    €135.00

This clay-loam terroir lends finesse, elegance, and great depth to this wine. While the color may appear simple and light, the aromas and palate are, in contrast, highly complex. The nose offers straightforward notes of ripe red fruit, peony, and red rose, while the palate is slightly spicy with a long finish. A very refined wine with excellent aging potential.

  • Echezeaux Grand Cru 2023

    Arlaud Cyprien
    €315.00

Hand-harvested into small crates. The grapes are sorted by hand on a sorting table. The grapes are transferred to vats by gravity.

Vinification takes place in open wooden vats. Spontaneous fermentation is carried out by the yeasts naturally present on the berries. Maceration is slow and gentle, using pumping over and foot-treading. Pressing follows the same gradual and gentle approach. Vinification lasts between 20 and 25 days.

Aged in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months. No new oak is used. Bottling is done in accordance with the lunar cycles, without fining or filtration.
