  • copy of Santenay Sous La Roche 2022

    Maison En Belles Lies
    €42.00

This is the most southerly white in the Côte d'Or. Lots of finesse and tension. The stony soil gives it a mineral, saline character. Good length.

  • Saint Aubin 2023 (24 months of aging)

    Chaume des Lies
    €42.00

New and great vintage. A small plot of Saint Aubin pampered by our two winemakers, delicate vinification, without sulfur of course, and 24 months of aging to bring out the full potential of this great Burgundy wine. Tiny quantities.

  • Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru les Lavières 2022

    Chenu Louis & filles
    €45.00

Les Lavières takes its name from the lava in its subsoil, which is covered with very stony brown earth. Very fragrant at first, this premier cru remains so as it ages, which is typical of this appellation. It produces a tender, elegant, and pleasant wine in its youth, due to its finesse. It releases numerous aromas of red fruit and violet very early on. It remains very intense as it ages. With age, it develops a terroir flavor reminiscent of flint or smoke. It can be stored for around fifteen years without any problem.

  • Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Haut Jarrons 2022

    Chenu Louis & filles
    €45.00

Les Hauts-Jarrons (Jarrons meaning tree branches) are located on the hillside below Mont Battois, towards Beaune. Their soil is deep and sandy, similar to that of Beaune-Bressandes. The wines are similarly closer to those of Beaune than those of Savigny. They have lovely aromas but require a few years to reach their full potential and are suitable for long aging.

  • Chablis Montserre 2023

    De Béru Athènaïs
    €46.00

The highest point on the hill of Béru, Montserre is, as its name suggests, a summit of "Serres", a particular geological formation, a superposition of highly angular fossilized limestone slabs. This unique terroir produces wines with a strong personality characterized by their chewiness, concentrated body and smoky, iodized mineral notes.

    Maranges blanc "Les Plantes" 2023

    Cassiopée
    €49.00

A white wine that takes on a whole new dimension: fuller-bodied, more structured, with excellent length. The terroir of Les Plantes produces a refined, balanced wine that embodies the maturity of Cassiopée's great white wines.

  • Maranges 1er Cru Clos Roussots 2023

    Maison En Belles Lies
    €52.00

Nose of black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant, sloe), fresh, clean mouth, brilliant color, precise finish. Fifteen months' ageing in oak barrels have softened the tannins and produced a pleasant suavity.

  • Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru "Clos Reyssier" 2024

    Recchione Jérémy
    €54.00

East-facing, a brown clay terroir resting on entrobic limestone (limestone containing many marine fossils). The vines are always early with good density. Direct pressing, Ceramic Clayver fermentation and 228L barrels.

  • Fixin 2023

    Recchione Jérémy
    €59.00

Terroir based on clay-limestone soil and white marl. 80% whole Pinot Noir grapes. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, fermentation for 15 days in stainless steel vats, slow pressing and transfer to 228L barrels. Aged for 11 months.

Limited to 3 bottles per customer.

  • Gevrey-Chambertin 2023

    Boillot Lucien
    €59.00

This Gevrey-Chambertin village is produced on 12 parcels, a veritable mosaic of the village's soils (limestone, clay, alluvium, etc.).

With its classic style, this wine has a discreet nose of pretty black fruit (blackberries, blackcurrants) and, from the first taste, shows its true muscular, structured personality.
