De Béru Athènaïs€29.00Here we have a little nugget we'd like to drink more often. This Chardonnay also comes from a vineyard located in Saint-Bris in Yonne, northern Burgundy. Again vinified without any inputs, this wine reads like an open book. It's obvious. Citrus, substance, length, freshness, aromatic intensity, this energetic Chardonnay is capable of getting everyone to agree at an aperitif, while standing up to a salt-crusted sea bass. You won't come across "little Burgundies" like this very often.

Montagny "Reconnaissance" 2024
Beauné Aline€34.00The estate’s signature wine. First produced in the 2022 vintage, it comes from a vineyard located in the heart of the village, right next to his grandmother’s house, “where it all began.” It is a tribute wine, deeply rooted in family history.
The vines, which are about 35 years old, are aged entirely in a single large oak cask - an Alsatian cask selected by Aline herself, whose capacity matches the plot’s yield exactly. It is a choice that is both technical and symbolic. In the glass, the wine offers a very delicate, lemony, and mineral nose, followed by a long, energetic palate with an almost stony texture. A straightforward, sincere wine, deeply connected to its origins.

De Béru Athènaïs€36.00The aim of this cuvée is to reproduce as sincerely as possible the character of the wines produced on the hill of Béru. It is a blend of the estate's different parcels, whose common features are, first and foremost, their altitude, their northern location in the Chablis vineyard and the strong presence of Kimmeridgian limestone in the soils.

Long aging allows this wine to age very well. Minerality is always present despite the grapes always being harvested at full ripeness.

Saint-Véran 2024
Recchione Jérémy€39.00A plot located 300 meters away, benefiting from a privileged southwestern exposure. With exceptional vines over 40 years old, this Saint-Véran draws its complexity from deep clay-limestone soil. The maturity of the vines brings increased concentration and aromatic expression, while the limestone terroir is the signature of its elegant minerality and refined structure. On the palate, it offers a lively and elegant attack, supported by a chalky minerality characteristic of Saint-Véran. Its persistent finish and beautiful tension make it a wine that can be enjoyed young for its liveliness, but also develop more complex notes of honey and dried fruit after a few years of aging.
