Guyot Raphaëlle€23.00From the Touraine-Amboise terroirs, this cuvée was vinified from destemmed grapes with 6 days of maceration. Fermentation was completed in vats, followed by 9 months of aging in barrels. 72% Cabernet Franc, 15% Pinot Noir, and 13% Chenin. Spicy aromas, light tannins, and delicate structure.

A straightforward, precise Aligoté that combines freshness and depth. Ultra-limited production.
