Fermentation was completed in vats, followed by 9 months of aging in barrels. 72% Cabernet Franc, 15% Pinot Noir, and 13% Chenin. Spicy aromas, light tannins, and delicate structure.

This cuvée is a tribute to his hard work and nobility. This wine is made partly from grapes grown on the estate’s Burgundy plots and a selection of grapes from other plots.
