Seven months of aging in vats. Light filtration. Bottled in April 2025. Eos is a wine with crisp fruit and delicate texture.

Guyot Raphaëlle€23.00Produced in the Touraine-Amboise appellation, this wine was fermented in vats and aged in barrels for 10 months. Lightly filtered. Aromas of white-fleshed fruits characterize this lovely, well-balanced Chenin.

Dandelion€28.00Made from direct pressing of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes, this is anything but a bland sparkling wine. It is energetic, fruity, truly refreshing, and has an immediately delightful quality that makes you want to take another sip. A little firecracker, in the best sense of the word, perfect for an aperitif... but not only.
24hr maceration on skins then pressing and fermentation for 1 month in vats before bottling. No sulphiting.
