A blend of five small plots aged between 30 and 60 years old, this Savigny is a very pleasant young wine, combining fruitiness and finesse. It can be aged for a few years.

A well-exposed climate for a supple, expressive red, with notes of red berries, cherries and a delicate finish.

"Les Vaux" are located in the commune of Meursault, close to the center, rendering a structured Burgundy with volume.

Savigny white wines come from soils known as "white" soils, which are partly marly. Only 5% of Savigny's vineyards are planted with white wine grape varieties. The most suitable terrain is located at the entrance to the village, on a gently sloping north-facing hillside (Les Saucours), and at the exit of the village towards Bouilland, on a south-facing hillside (Les Vermots). Savigny-les-Beaune whites are well-structured, dry wines with good body and a beautiful golden-green color.

Crisp Pinot Noir, full of red fruit and lightness. 100% whole harvest. Just the right amount of pinot, with lovely freshness and mellow tannins.
