100% Chardonnay. Vineyard located near the Col de Beaufer (300m altitude), west of Tournus. Aged for 18 months, then 4 months in bottle. A very aromatic, powerful wine with good length. It can be enjoyed now with food, but will reach its full potential after a period of aging.

Behind its humble appearance, Les Farbottes cuvée reveals a deep, dense wine, imbued with superb energy. It has a real personality, already well established, and is as memorable as the juice itself.

Limit: 3 bottles maximum

A plot located 300 meters away, benefiting from a privileged southwestern exposure. With exceptional vines over 40 years old, this Saint-Véran draws its complexity from deep clay-limestone soil. The maturity of the vines brings increased concentration and aromatic expression, while the limestone terroir is the signature of its elegant minerality and refined structure. On the palate, it offers a lively and elegant attack, supported by a chalky minerality characteristic of Saint-Véran. Its persistent finish and beautiful tension make it a wine that can be enjoyed young for its liveliness, but also develop more complex notes of honey and dried fruit after a few years of aging.

Always a model of its kind. Pinots that are so complete, precise, and aromatic—with that signature delicate and persistent scent of wilted roses—are honestly very rare. Unfortunately for enthusiasts, quantities remain once again negligible.

Gamay from Mâconnais

A very fine Chardonnay from the Mâconnais region, deep, intense, with excellent aging potential.

Julien Guillot's grand cuvée, the one that all true enthusiasts of authentic Burgundy will snatch up. A wine of great complexity. Flowers, red fruits, a nose that "pinotes" like never before, leading to a mouth that is textured and suave, with a rare amplitude, all carried by a minerality that balances this incredible richness. 

Assemblage des millésimes 2019-20-21

A rare and highly sought-after vintage, Combarnier 2019 plays the card of mineral freshness and aromatic subtlety, blending lemon, white flowers, and salinity. The palate is slender and vibrant, with a slightly oxidative sensation that adds depth without weighing down the wine; the balance of acidity and minerality leads to a long, savory finish.

C’est certainement ici que le Gamay à petit grain donne ce qu’il a de meilleur sur cette sélection parcellaire « Manganite ». Les arômes épicés, poivrés, de bouquet garni (thym, laurier…) et de petits fruits rouges sont tout à fait remarquables.
