A competitive Ratafia that Renaud created in collaboration with his friend Didier Meuzard, simply and objectively the best Ratafia maker in Burgundy.

60% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an incredible energy. Superb.

Terroir in Messanges (Hautes Côtes de Nuits) composed of white marl and limestone. Vines worked exclusively by hand and horse. Direct pressing, Ceramic Clayver fermentation and 228L barrel. No sulfiting. Only 300 bottles produced.
