La Mutine€29.00A blend of three vineyard sites: Sur les Roches, La Chanterie, and Clos Du. Macerated for 8 days with whole clusters, pressed before the end of sugar extraction, followed by another 4–5 days of fermentation in the must; aged in stainless steel tanks; to be released in July 2025.

Keltchewsky Gabriel€29.0070-year-old plot of Pinot located in the heart of Comblanchien. The vines are hand-grown. The grapes are delicately vinified in whole bunches, and the wine is aged in barrel for one year.

Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2024
Mandelot€30.0060% whole-cluster harvest. Vinification for 19 days in tanks. Two gentle punch-downs. Aged in barrels that have seen 2 to 4 vintages. Bottled in May. No added sulfites (or other additives) from harvest to bottling. Followed by several months of aging in the bottle. The whole-cluster process is executed with precision, allowing the juice to develop an intoxicating energy. Superb.
