    Hautes Cotes Nature 2023

    Dandelion
    €55.00

Domaine Dandelion's great and beautiful cuvée, the one that has obviously made their reputation. It's a pure Pinot Noir made in the true Burgundian tradition, with beautiful grapes harvested when ripe, vinified in whole bunches and macerated for around twenty days. The grapes were then delicately foot-pressed before going to the press. Finally, the wine was aged in old, multi-wine barrels to avoid any marking of the wood. No sulfur was used, of course. Quite simply, a great wine, but one that needs a few more months of rest before it can be uncorked, according to Christian. So please wait patiently for the wine to rest and take flight ;)

  • Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023

    Jobard Antoine
    €69.00

The Beaune 1er Cru Montrevenots 2023 comes from a superb hillside, perched at the gates of Pommard, which brings the typical airy finesse of the climate. The wine is juicy and bright, with a floral structure and a precision of texture that make it immediately appealing. Beneath its immediate charm, however, it hides real aging potential, capable of developing tension and depth over a good decade.

  • Morey-St-Denis 1er Cru "Les Millandes" 2023

    Amiot Pierre
    €79.00

A full-bodied, straightforward wine with aromas of black fruit and a hint of spice. It combines power and refinement.

The vineyard faces east-southeast at an altitude of 260 meters. It is planted on thin clay-loam-sand soils. The soil contains round rocks resembling pebbles, known locally as "wolf heads."

Les Millandes is located on the north side of Morey, below Clos de la Roche, just at the entrance to the village, between "La Riotte" and "Les Faconnières."

  • Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Les Combottes" 2023

    Amiot Pierre
    €79.00

Elegant, powerful, and round, this wine is a model of complexity...

The vineyard faces east-southeast at an altitude of 260 meters. It rests on limestone soils with rocks, marl, red silt, and gravel.

Les Ruchots is located south of the village, on the border with Chambolle, below Clos de Tart and Les Bonnes Mares. The plot is sheltered from cold winds and benefits from a microclimate that promotes good ripeness.

  • Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Les Combottes" 2023

    Amiot Pierre
    €89.00

The only premier cru surrounded by grands crus, this wine with aromas of morello cherries is powerful and refined.

The vineyard, which enjoys excellent exposure (east-southeast), always produces well-ripened grapes. Located at an altitude of 260 meters, it rests on limestone soils formed from the weathering of gravelly colluvial deposits on the hillside.

Les Combottes is located on the border between Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-Saint-Denis, between the grands crus Latricières-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin, and Clos de la Roche.

One of the estate's oldest parcels, preserved through mass selection. From cultivation to vinification, each operation is tailored to the vintage in order to highlight the typical characteristics of this terroir. The wine is aged in oak barrels, a third of which are new.
