Chablis Côte aux Prêtres 2022
De Béru Athènaïs€37.00La Côte aux Prêtres takes its name from its proximity to the pilgrim trails to Vezelay and Compostelle. It's a beautiful vineyard overlooking Béru. This hilltop dome enjoys magnificent exposure and is always very windy. The terroir is mainly composed of small Kimmeridgian limestone pebbles eroded over time. Chablis Côte aux Prêtres is a wine of great tension, whose powerful minerality is expressed by notes of iodized salt. It is a wine of great sapidity.
