It is energetic, fruity, truly refreshing, and has an immediately delightful quality that makes you want to take another sip. A little firecracker, in the best sense of the word, perfect for an aperitif... but not only.

24hr maceration on skins then pressing and fermentation for 1 month in vats before bottling. No sulphiting.

60% whole-cluster harvest. Vinification for 19 days in tanks. Two gentle punch-downs. Aged in barrels that have seen 2 to 4 vintages. Bottled in May. No added sulfites (or other additives) from harvest to bottling. Followed by several months of aging in the bottle. The whole-cluster process is executed with precision, allowing the juice to develop an intoxicating energy. Superb.
