Domaine de Mandelot€30.0060% whole grapes. Vinified for 19 days in vats. Two light punchings of the cap. Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels. Release in May. No added sulfites (or other inputs) from harvest to bottling. The whole harvest is perfectly controlled, allowing the juices to develop an intoxicating energy. Superb.

Clair Obscur€32.00BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE "Puits de Chaux", parcel located on the plateau in the commune of Volnay, where the lime needed to build stone walls was extracted. The limestone is very white, combined with red clay, producing very fine, delicate Pinot Noirs.
