The maturity of the vines brings increased concentration and aromatic expression, while the limestone terroir is the signature of its elegant minerality and refined structure. On the palate, it offers a lively and elegant attack, supported by a chalky minerality characteristic of Saint-Véran. Its persistent finish and beautiful tension make it a wine that can be enjoyed young for its liveliness, but also develop more complex notes of honey and dried fruit after a few years of aging.
