South/East-facing terroir, on a soil composed of lava (a thin layer of limestone), marl and limestone with entroques. On the same line as Pernands Vergelesses 1 er cru “Les Caradeux”. 75% whole-cluster Pinot Noir. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, slow pressing and racking into 228-liter barrels. Aged 11 months.

Pinot Noir from plots located in Pommard, vinified with light extraction to allow the natural density of the terroir to shine through, in a precise, straightforward, and very accessible style.

Limited to one bottle per person.

In the lower part of the village of Pommard, Clos des Roses is bordered by the village river. The wine is spicy and smooth, with supple tannins.

The most structured cuvée. Black fruit, stone, sweet spices. The substance remains fine, without rusticity, with good length. A modern Pommard that favors elegance over power.

Pinot Noir made from Volnay grapes, with a focus on finesse and balance, offering elegant texture, fine tannins, and beautiful energy on the palate.

This is the southernmost white wine from the Côte d’Or. It offers great finesse and tension. The stony soil has imparted a mineral and salty character. It has a lovely finish. A wine with aging potential.

A Volnay of great purity, combining floral elegance (violet, rose) with beautiful mineral intensity and a rare finesse on the palate.

Cuvée from a recently acquired vineyard near Chorey-les-Beaune. Long maceration which gives a beautiful depth to the wine. But then aging in vats to preserve all the freshness and aromatic complexity.
